• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso-denominated balance held within your aha888 Account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, bonus credits, and deducted amounts.

• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.

Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Use of the aha888 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

• Single Account: You must not hold any other existing active or suspended aha888 Account. Only one account per person is permitted.

To access the paid gaming Services on aha888, you are required to complete the registration process. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and truthful.

You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, your date of birth (as it appears on your government-issued ID), and a secure password. aha888 reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion, with or without reason.

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, aha888 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal from your Wallet. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, the PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, and UMID card. aha888 may request additional documentation (proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documents) at any time based on account activity levels or PAGCOR compliance requirements.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered aha888 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aha888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account when using devices that may be accessed by others;
• Notify aha888 immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

aha888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from aha888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

aha888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to and is the responsibility of the registered Account holder.

All deposits to your aha888 Wallet must be made through the approved payment methods listed on the platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). aha888 reserves the right to decline any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises AML compliance concerns.

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) a minimum withdrawal threshold as published on the platform; and (d) AML compliance review. aha888 targets processing GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may vary due to payment processor availability, volume, or regulatory review requirements.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. aha888 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts not in your name will be returned, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation. Similarly, withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified aha888 Account.

The aha888 platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). All Wallet balances, bets, winnings, and promotional amounts are displayed and processed in PHP. No foreign currency conversion is applied or available on the platform.

aha888 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the applicable bonus terms.

All gaming activity on the aha888 platform is governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All games on aha888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aha888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC, or transaction processing;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order from aha888 or any PAGCOR-registered program;
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated dishonest play;
• Attempting to launder money, structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or use the platform for any purpose prohibited under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related regulations;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behavior to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that aha888 or PAGCOR determines to be contrary to the integrity of the gaming environment or the spirit of fair play.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by aha888 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aha888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the aha888 platform, regardless of whether aha888 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, aha888 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials;
• Interruption to gaming services due to circumstances beyond aha888's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, government action, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages;
• Any gambling losses incurred by you during use of the platform — gambling involves inherent financial risk, and aha888 does not guarantee any outcome.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law, aha888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aha888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• PAGCOR regulatory direction or instruction;
• Court order or direction from any competent Philippine authority;
• Identification of the Account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject of AML screening;
• Extended inactivity beyond 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon closure of an Account for breach, aha888 may withhold the Wallet balance pending investigation. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure by the Player), any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment account within a reasonable time subject to KYC completion.

You may request voluntary closure of your aha888 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the aha888 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through aha888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support via live chat or email. aha888 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through aha888's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory arbitration, given aha888's status as a PAGCOR-licensed operator. You acknowledge that PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction provides a meaningful avenue for dispute resolution for Filipino players that is not available with unlicensed offshore operators.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

aha888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered on your Account, or through a prominent notice on the aha888 platform prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the aha888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
